8.1 英文简历不是中文简历的翻译
很多人把中文简历直接翻译过来——“负责系统维护”、“配合团队完成项目”、“努力学习新技术”。这套表达在中文招聘里也许够用,在英文简历里几乎是淘汰信号。
英文简历的核心逻辑是影响 + 数字。每一条 bullet 都必须回答:你做了什么动作?产生了什么可量化的结果?这一章把这套逻辑拆解成可复制的模板。
8.2 STAR 法则:每条 bullet 的标准结构
STAR = Situation(情境)+ Task(任务)+ Action(行动)+ Result(结果)。简历空间有限,前两项压缩成一句话,重点放在 Action 和 Result。

8.6 ATS 优化:让机器先看见
大公司用 ATS(Applicant Tracking System)筛选简历。如果你的简历不符合 ATS 规则,HR 根本看不到。
- 不要用 PDF 里的图片。ATS 读不到。
- 不要用花哨字体或两栏布局。Times New Roman / Calibri / Helvetica 即可。
- 关键词来自 JD。把目标职位 JD 复制到 ChatGPT,让它提取技能关键词,对照简历查漏。
- 避免 header / footer。某些 ATS 跳过 header 区域。把联系方式放正文。
- section 标题用标准词:Experience / Education / Skills / Projects(不要 “My Journey” 之类)。
- 缩写 + 全称都写。第一次出现时 “Search Engine Optimization (SEO)”,后面用 SEO。
8.7 LinkedIn About Section
LinkedIn “About” 不是简历——是第一人称叙述。它需要个性、声音、好奇心。

- 第二段:你的契合度(技能匹配 JD)。

- 第四段:CTA + 感谢。
