一、AI 应试的真实价值与边界

AI 在应试备考里扮演两个角色:无穷多的练习题来源 + 24 小时的判卷模拟器。它解决了应试备考最痛苦的两件事——题不够刷、判卷反馈太慢。

但 AI 不能替代真考。原因:

• 判分尺度不一致——AI 给的雅思 7.0 不一定等于真考的 7.0,你需要校准
• 口语考官的"压迫感"差很多——真人考官会皱眉、追问、看你紧张
• 题型偶尔过时——AI 训练数据可能是 1 年前的题库,新题型它不知道

所以正确策略是:用 AI 做主力训练,考前 2 周加 1-2 次真人模考做"校准"(Cambly/Italki/线下班)。

二、雅思口语 (IELTS Speaking)

Part 1 (基础闲聊)

4-5 分钟,12 个左右常见问题:hometown / work / hobbies。AI 完全可以模拟,关键是让它"按真考官节奏"——快速切换话题,不给你太多反应时间。

五、AI 判分校准的 3 个技巧

AI 判分常常偏松。一个学习者第一次让 ChatGPT 判雅思口语,常拿到 7.5——但真考可能只有 6.0。校准方法:

技巧 1:对照官方样本

找雅思官方公布的 Band 6/7/8/9 视频样本,让 AI 评估它们。如果 AI 也给得偏高,说明它整体松。把 prompt 加一句:"Apply IELTS 2024 marking criteria strictly. Be tough."

技巧 2:让 AI 模拟严苛考官
